ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS AT ALL WAYS HOME FESTIVAL?

No. All Ways Home Festival is all ages. Bar service is 19+.

ARE THERE CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS AT ALL WAYS HOME FESTIVAL AND STARLIGHT STADIUM?

Overall event capacity will be kept to 4500 in accordance with public health standards. Everyone with a Two Day Pass or Single Day Pass will be able to enter Starlight Stadium without concern. GA field access is limited to 2500 patrons with an extra field pass.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A TICKET FOR MINORS? DO CHILDREN UNDER A CERTAIN AGE GET IN FREE?

Tickets are discounted for children between 5 and 12 years old and kids under 5 are free!

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT ALL WAYS HOME FESTIVAL?

No animals are allowed on site, with the exception of certified assistance dogs for the visually impaired.

WHAT IF I LOSE SOMETHING WHILE ATTENDING THE FESTIVAL?

If you lose something at All Ways Home Festival, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll check our lost and found items and get back to you as soon as possible.

What are the hours of the festival?

Doors are at 2pm each day and the festival will end at 10pm both nights.

GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL

CAR

There are various parking spots available to patrons around the venue for patrons to use on a first come first served basis.  Please view the parking map here.

BUS

Patrons travelling from Victoria can purchase both daily and weekend round trip bus packages from our ticketing page. This direct bus will run from Save-On Arena back parking lot and drop off directly at the fesival site. In addition, there will be a wristband exchange at the Victoria bus pickup location which will speed up entry for attendees.

As well, the #50 bus runs east/west from Downtown and stops about 1.1km from Starlight Stadium. You can then walk to the stadium or change to the #54 or #55 bus, both of which stop just south of the stadium.

WRISTBAND FAQ

CAN I SHARE MY WRISTBAND WITH A FRIEND?

No. Wristbands are non-transferrable. If you cut off your wristband it becomes void and you will no longer be able to enter the festival grounds.

IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL?

Yes, you are allowed to exit and re-enter the festival grounds as many times as you’d like with a valid wristband.

MY JOB DOESN’T ALLOW ME TO WEAR BRACELETS OR JEWELRY FOR SAFETY OR PROFESSIONAL REASONS. WHAT DO I DO?

If your job requires you to not wear jewelry or bracelets for safety or professional reasons you will need to visit All Ways Home Special Services at the AWH HQ with your ID and ticket stub BEFORE cutting your wristband off. We will log your name and ticket number then you can cut your wristband off without making it void. You must, however, retain the cut wristband and show your ID and ticket stub in order to get a new one the next day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WRISTBAND BREAKS, I LOSE IT, OR IT IS STOLEN?

We cannot replace wristbands that are broken, stolen, or lost, so take good care of your wristband.

HOW TIGHT DO THEY NEED TO BE?

Your wristband needs to be snug. A good measurement is a finger’s width of space between your wristband and your wrists. If your wristband is too loose, All Ways Home Security may ask you to secure it accordingly or confiscate it on the spot.

SECURITY

Screening and Code of Conduct

You and your property may be subject to inspection upon entry to the facility and the following may cause you to be refused entry:
Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
Possession of alcohol, drugs or items deemed to be weapons
Abusive behaviour or language 

Permitted:
Empty water bottles. Glass Protected with Silicon, Metal or Plastic.
Personal Cameras including DSLRs with a Basic Kit Lens and built in flash/microphone (for Non-disruptive personal use)
Foam Stadium Seat Padding.
Poster Board Size Signs will be reviewed at entry before displayed. (Offensive statements not permitted. Disruptive use will be stopped)
Personal Umbrellas (under 26") - no pointed tips

Restricted:
Juggling, Spinning or Tossed Dance Items
Large Duffle Bags, Oversized Backpacks and Oversized Purses (>20L)
Roller Shoes, Skates, Skateboards
One Wheel or Rolling Hoverboards
Oversized / Golf Umbrellas
Sun Shade Pop Up Screens/Tents
Folding Chairs, Stadium Chairs, Low Profile Seats
All Drones including Mini, Micro and Nano sizes.
Pro Video, Lighting, Flash and Audio Recording Equipment (Without prior Media Pass Application/Approval)
Sports Equipment, Recreational Ball or Throwing Items. 

Prohibited:
Outside food or beverage (Please arrange a required dietary acception prior to arrival with ticketing and guest services)
Outside alcohol, recreational and illegal drugs
Food or beverage containers (including coolers, cans, bottles, thermoses)
Air horns or any air assisted noisemaker
Laser pointers or pens
Tri-Pods, Mono-Pods, Poles or sticks (including selfie-sticks)
Weapons of any kind.
Offensive clothing statements.
Gang Affiliation Wear of any kind, Cuts, Patches, Colours and Support Apparel
Any other items deemed unacceptable by the Security staff.

Guests found in possession of a prohibited item will be asked to return the item(s) to their vehicle before entry or to secure it off property.  Patrons who refuse to comply will be subject to a denied entry or ejection. Prohibited items will not be stored, food and liquids will be disposed of and any weapons surrendered will be destroyed.

Your safety and the safety for staff and property will not be compromised.

Guest Code of Conduct: 

Courtesy is an important element of everyone’s enjoyment at any event. We ask that all Guests adhere to the Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a family-oriented, enjoyable and safe experience for everyone present at All Ways Home .

In the event that your experience is being disrupted by others that are engaging in unacceptable behaviour including:
Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
Taunting or using offensive language against the staff, guests or performers
Fighting or making threatening remarks or gestures to other guests or staff
Disruption of the event including throwing objects onto the stage, into seating, or trespassing into restricted areas
Indecent messages on signs or clothing
Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
Giving alcohol to minors.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes, personal vapourizers & cannabis) on property
Use of compressed gas air horns or other noisemakers
Any other conduct deemed by the All Ways Home Event Staff and Security to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property. 

Please report it to the nearest All Ways Home staff member or Security and we will promptly respond to the situation. The above actions may result in ejection from the property and ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
